These terms and conditions govern all doorstep repair and maintenance services provided by Ahsan Air Conditioning & Refrigeration across Jeddah (Al Bawadi, Al Rawdah, Al Safa, Al Zahra, and all surrounding districts):
1. 100% On-Site Service Model
We operate a fully mobile in-home service workshop fleet. There is no need to move heavy appliances away from your premises; all diagnostic procedures, refrigerant refills, component replacements, and performance tests are performed right at your doorstep.
2. Upfront Pricing & Prior Customer Approval
- Our certified technician thoroughly tests your appliance and clarifies the root malfunction.
- A clear, comprehensive quote (inclusive of genuine parts and labor) is presented before initiating any work.
- No repairs or replacements are performed without explicit prior approval from the customer.
3. Certified Warranty Policy
Upon service completion, customers receive an official written invoice & warranty card:
- Warranty coverage extends up to 6 months on installed original parts and repair labor.
- If the same issue reoccurs during the warranty period, we provide re-inspection and resolution free of charge with top priority.
- Warranty does not cover damages arising from external electrical surges, intentional misuse, or tampering by unauthorized third-party technicians.
4. Independent Trademark Notice
Ahsan Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is an independent multi-brand repair workshop. All manufacturer trademarks, brand names, and logos (Gree, LG, Samsung, Midea, Carrier, Daikin, Daewoo, Bosch, Toshiba, Ariston, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are referenced solely for compatibility and technician specialization identification.
